BEDROOMS
- There are 4 well-furnished rooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra foldable bed, AC, Wi-Fi access and a wardrobe.
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
- All rooms overlook the lush green lawn and the surrounding forest.
- 2 of the rooms on the ground floor open up to the pool area.
- All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - near the pool area.
- All attached bathrooms offer a separate dressing area, geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
- The common bathroom near the pool is not equipped with a geyser.

COMMON AREAS
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this property adorned with modern and plush furnishings.
- With its sofa-style seating arrangements, this room can easily accommodate up to 12 people.
- The living room is complete with amenities such as a TV, AC, Wi-Fi, and a portable music system.
- The dining area is a component of the living room and can seat up to 8 people.
- It is equipped with an AC and TV.
- The property is also equipped with a collection of indoor games for guests to indulge in.
- Catch stunning vistas of the surroundings on the terrace which has ample seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
- The exteriors of this property boast a well-manicured lawn which covers an area of about 1000 sq.ft and can seat up to 50 people. It also features a beautiful gazebo.
- It also features a cosy sit-out space where guests can relax and light up a bonfire if the weather does get a little chilly.
- The lawn area offers beautiful vistas of the garden and dense forest area.
- Adjacent to the lawn lies the outdoor swimming pool with a deck.
- It is 12x4 sq.mt in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
- Guests can access the pool between timings 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
- The property also features stunning mango orchards, a kids’ play area, and provisions for a guided farm walk.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, per person.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire property. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 males at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per person inclusive of meals. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak in the pool or simply unwind by the deck sipping on their favourite drink. Guests can enjoy some quality family time while playing some indoor board games. There is a special designated kids’ play area at the entrance of the property. Sip on your favourite piping hot drink on the terrace while soaking in the verdant hues of the nearby farms and forests this place has to offer. Stroll along the expanse of the green garden or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. For fun and chill nights, guests can request for a bonfire or barbeque to be lit up. All bird-watching aficionados can explore the diversity of the birds that flock around the area. Guests can also request a guided farm tour.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue kit can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.250 for Veg and Rs.350 for Non-veg.
- A bonfire setup can be availed at an extra cost of Rs.300 per session.
- Guests can access the clothes dryer and the guided farm walk at no additional charges.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete.
- There are approximately 400 steps leading to the villa from the main gate.
- All-male groups and Nashik locales are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheel-chair-friendly property as two of the rooms are located on the ground floor.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all fans, lights for up to 12 hours. 
- Additionally, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi, Airtel, and BSNL work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.  Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
